Lumina, a song and music video inspired by the contrasts of life and death

I am so happy and honored to finally release this music video for my latest musical work "Lumina".
This has been a new long journey of a lot of dialogue between personal (I mean emotions) and professional experiences. A year ago I attended the Beat Camp artist residency at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios (UK) to create this new song. This work is part of the production of my new album (in progress) "Instinctus Intuitum X".
At Real World Studios I had the opportunity to work together with an amazing artist (singer and songwriter) from Hamburg, Germany, DARK BLONDE (aka Birgit Fischer ). Together we have created this wonderful song and video in honor of my great friend, music producer who sadly passed away after a battle with cancer, Jacqueline La.
In 2021 Jacqueline and I collaborated together for the production of my single "The Lost Tail".
For the music video I have worked again with my beloved visual artist Arnaldo Drés González , who always brings his conceptual and artistic perspective for a powerful visual narrative. For this video I have first made a series of body actions in different public spaces between temples and landscapes, and then Arnaldo has given a non-linear editing to synchronize with the song Lumina. In the music video you can see some sequences also taken during the studio recording of DARK BLONDE and me, in Real World Studios.
The experience of creating a song at Real World Studios is so great for any musical artist, singer and songwriter. Working with a team of music engineers, technicians and directors makes the path to the final product an integral activity.
