Lulo's Lucky Find

Australia's own Lucapa Mining, the proud owner of Angola’s Lulo Mine just got some good new. The mine unearthed over 7 stones that weight above the 50 carat mark and rough stones will be going up for sale in September. Lulo mine wasn't always operated by Lucapa but it has a rich history of acquiring diamond roughs of fancy colors such as pink, yellow and blue and has had a long list of diamonds exceeding 100 carats. Just about the biggest stone to make a name for itself through the Lulo mine was the 4th February stone, the largest diamond recorded to be mined in Angola, weighing about 404 carats. It is not stated what imperfections these diamonds consist of but whether these stones will be cut into many or just one big stone makes us excited for them to be potentially listed on our diamond platform.
