Luck Three

Luck Three

A few days ago, I achieved 333,333 subscribers for my newsletter. I appreciate every one of my readers, but the number 333,333 feels like a magic number. The number 3 is considered lucky in many cultures and traditions around the world for several reasons.

Time is divided in three: past, present and future. Our life is associated with birth, life, and death. In physics, triangle is the most stable. Even the US government has three branches. In Christianity, the Holy Trinity represents the three persons of the Godhead (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).

Chinese tradition also considers Three a lucky number. It has a meaning of more than two, many and several. For example, Confucius said: ‘Three people are walking together; at least one of them is good enough to be my teacher.’ A Chinese proverb goes that “The wisdom of three ordinary people exceeds that of the wisest individual.” In Taoism. It stands for Heaven, Earth and Human being; philosophically, ‘Tao’ means the amiableness among the above three elements.

I hope you continue enjoying reading my weekly writings but more importantly find some values from some of the ideas and learnings I share.

I love learning about my brothers by another mother. God was here first. We are all sons and daughters of God. Religion is man made. We all believe in God, the same God no matter what religion you choose to follow or what name you have for God. Words matter. Why on Earth are the Israeli's killing God's children in the name of religion? I don't profess to know anything except this: God is my co-pilot and there are angels on my wings.

I'd rather be lucky than good and I'm very very good.
