We might be biased, but our Small Giants Community team always feels pretty lucky to work with such an amazing Community of purpose-driven leaders and intentionally impactful companies. And we know It takes more than just luck to lead as a Small Giant - a lot of hard work, thoughtful dedication, and persistent intention are required to bring the impact from these companies to life.

As we celebrate International Women's Day today, we're feeling extra lucky to have so many rockstar women leaders in our Community! From groundbreaking founders to inspiring team leaders, we're excited to show off some of these outstanding women leaders at the 2024 Small Giants Community Summit! Here are some of the women speakers and coaches that will share their stories of endurance and lessons learned in Detroit this May.

• Mackey McNeill, CPA, PFS founder of MACKEY , always had a rebellious spirit. She's continued to shake up the financial industry on her entrepreneurial path through her curiosity, courage, and commitment to people. We're excited to hear Mackey share her incredible and inspiring story live on the mainstage!
• Alida Miranda-Wolff knows what it means to create a culture of belonging. With her experience founding Ethos Talent , she'll help us learn to navigate burnout so we can endure.
• Amy Courter 's work as a global leader in IT and cybersecurity to being the former National Commander of the Civil Air Patrol had her breaking barriers to achieve new levels of excellence. Amy will share her remarkable leadership journey and lessons learned.
• Carolyn Savage is no stranger to change. From star athlete to star leader at Pioneer Title Agency , she'll share the stories behind her scars that have led to her personal and professional growth.
• Danielle Krischik 's background as a ballerina taught her how to embrace storytelling, which she now uses as a partner at Knight Agency to help bridge human connections. She'll help you learn how to do this, too!
• Diana Hutchinson is COO and leadership coach of Trebuchet Group and will offer 1-on-1 coaching to help navigate conflict, have healthy conversations, consider personal growth, and much more.
• Karen Creveling Hughes will share how her entrepreneurial influences growing up helped her go from accountant to CEO of Community Link Consulting , all while encouraging her team and company to endure change.
• Jean Pitzo is the rockstar CEO of Ace Metal Crafts Company and a Sounding Board mentor for Small Giants. She'll share her wisdom and experience as a 1-on-1 coach at the Summit!
• Nenuca Syquia 's work with clients like The Motz Group have helped reveal the commonalities of successful teams. As the founder of BOxD | Better Organizations by Design , she'll dive into ways teams can thrive and endure during times of transition.
