We hosted an awesome Franchise Information Webinar Monday evening with participants from multiple states. There was some awesome content shared, hence why we have provided a summary of the content and key take aways for those interested who missed the event.

Firstly, we had some experienced and strong leaders on the webinar.

We had Marco who owns Williamstown and Brunswick. Marco absolutely smashes it out of the park as a Multi Unit Franchise Owner.

Mark Azzopardi?(Lead Generation specialist) from Smart Traffic who has provided hundreds of thousands of leads to the group over the years.

Myself- I took a slight back seat whilst the guys stole the show. I presented 15 slides about the brand.

Anyway, here is the key take aways from the 3 of us-

Marco (Franchise Owner)

  • -Managing 550 members per week with a Personalised service needs a huge focus on outreach between sessions to retain.
  • -Creating an ultra-positive workplace for people to thrive and grow.
  • -The one lesson he learnt going from a PT who worked at a gym to owning a studio was to “let go” and trust others. Now he hardly works on the floor and has a team of 8 driving huge results.
  • -He is planning for studio #3 and knows the structure and formula well.


Mark (Smart Traffic)

  • LTYB generates huge leads because we have a wide market by personalising the workout. Hence, we can flip the ad campaigns to varied markets instead of 1-2. In other words, we can train an elite athlete to a sedentary member.
  • LTYB Owners are an amazing group of people to work with.
  • Setting up a custom LTYB CRM for the brand is the current project
  • Sales hustle and constant follow up through automation and personalisation is key to maximise new member onboarding. The best keep hustling.
  • 8 Week Pre -sell strategy was absolutely gold and works unbelievably well with start up launches.


Myself- I spoke about the brand and how to run a thriving studio

  • Know your key numbers
  • Understand the KPIS that drive success and execute the plans.
  • Follow the systems- I will guarantee that if a business is under-performing it is because of not following proven systems.
  • We spoke about the 4 areas our high performers are super strong in- People Management- Business Management-Sales- Great Training service
  • We spoke about our 7 step process to open a LTYB Studio

In summary, it was an awesome info session as usual. We prefer to disclose more rather than less. Obviously, it is a mature brand now which has very deep infrastructure, hence we can’t cover everything in 1 hour..
