LSP Connect: Final call to sign-up

We're almost there!

Ben, Michael and I are just putting the final logistics together for the event on Tuesday. Emails will go out this weekend to participants and conversation hosts with details for the day, and the three of us will be doing a dry run through tomorrow to make sure the Zoom links and timings actually work.

With just a few days to go, there is still time to sign up if you're interested in #LegoSeriousPlay, and seeing the variety of different ways facilitators are using #LSP to help others solve problems.

LSP Connect is on Tuesday 23rd June, 10am - 2pm (London time; as opposed to the time in another city around the world). We've got five fantastic speakers bringing their own individual flair and passion to their LSP conversation - Sean Blair, Joel Birch, Emanuel Ciccarelli, Holly Henderson and Werner Puchert. And they will be covering a variety of different topics from the hero's journey, LSP and education, LSP and design, doing shared model builds online, and LSP and systems.

We've also got Marko Rillo and David Gauntlett, who will bring their own insights and sense of creativity to how they see LSP, open source and Creative Commons, and what the future holds for LSP.

It's incredible to think that when we opened up registration just a few days ago, with no real sense of numbers or interest, here we are today with over 50 participants representing over 20 countries from around the world - Iran, Qatar, Malaysia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Spain, France, Scotland, UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Italy, Argentina, Poland, Costa Rica, South Africa, Finland, Uganda, Portugal, Greece, India and Denmark.

LSP is truly global. And this event tells me that the spirit of generosity, the desire to learn and share is a key principle that underpins LSP, and those who are passionate about it.

This event arose out of a conversation about generosity and sharing, and that is where I believe the spirit of LSP will continue, in the many conversations that take place around the world. When LSP facilitators come together for a moment to share with each other and be generous.
