LQS Enhanced

This logo appears on all modules. It’s there because we custom manufacture, upgrade or enhance many components in our systems --- pumps being of high importance.

We utilise piston diaphragm (membrane) pumps which are purchased from the manufacturer. They then undergo extensive ‘surgery’!

• We extract the factory fitted diaphragms (Buna or Desmopan) and replace with HPS.
• Steel bracketing is replaced with our own custom stainless-steel brackets.
• Ensure all fasteners (cap screws etc.) are replaced with 316 stainless-steel items.
• Re-torque (to factory specifications) all fasteners.
• Fit tamper-proof PRV’s (Pressure Relief Valves) directly to the pump pressure manifolds.
• Fit air accumulators if required --- (only fitted to the triple piston, 126 l/minute pumps). Triple piston 76 and quad piston 180 l/minute pumps do not require accumulator upgrades.
• Fit ‘winterizing’ kits to all export pumps.
