Building in Public – A Journey of Growth and Reflection ??

Here's a snapshot of our recent journey, challenges, and triumphs at LowCode Agency. We've experienced incredible growth and learned valuable lessons along the way.

We faced a significant challenge at the end of May, with only 75% of our budget met just four days before month's end. However, in a remarkable turnaround, we closed five projects in the last three days, finishing the month at 149% of our budget. This success is a testament to our hard work and dedication, with 65 sales calls in May and 67 in April, resulting in half a million dollars in proposals. Our persistence paid off, and we are now focused on converting more of these proposals into projects.

Despite this success, we recognize the need to refine our positioning. Our website copy needs improvement to better resonate with our ideal clients (ICP) and deter those with low budgets seeking quick fixes. We excel at guiding our clients in the right direction for their projects, thanks to our exceptional design, product, and development teams. Highlighting this strength will help position us as more than just a no/low code dev shop. We are currently working on several projects:

? 5 Bubble apps

? 11 Glide apps?

? 2 Webflow sites

As we approach the end of Q2, our goals include refining our ICPs, improving our site, and focusing on high-level initiatives for our rapidly growing FlutterFlow services.
