Low price is really good? Tell you the secret of lower cost

A customer said:" I bought it at USD32.3 per kilogram from another supplier in China, your price is much higher." This is a popular bargain among customers especially India customers.

But i want to state for myself:" Have you ever knew the price of Wc and Co? How is your item life time and stability?"

Tungsten carbide powder price 30.8 per kilogram, Cobalt powder price USD40.76 per kilogram. The supplier had offered the powder to that customer who bought USD32.3 per kilogram? No process cost, no machining cost, no labor cost......

I always believe "we get what we pay for". The supplier offer you cheaper price, how they save the cost? The only result is that they choose recycled powder. Low price, poor quality.

 1 The density of recycled carbide is lower than virgin carbide;

 2 The surface of recycled carbide is not flat and very rough. If customer has very high requirement on the finish and precision, recycled carbide cannot come true. 

 3 After recycled carbide grinding, the surface finishing is weak and there will be black spots on the item. When they are working, the performance is not stable and life time is shorter.
