Sometimes I get tired during or at the end of day. It is a normal day, no physical exertion. Still could not achieve what I was expecting during the day. I was pondering on this for quite some time.
I developed my control on breathing. Started spending time in hobbies. I am enjoying being in meditative state quite often. But sometimes tiredness persisted.
I continued thinking about improving Health, Creativity and Productivity. I realized; I feel relaxed during morning walk, roaming in jungle, spending time in village, sitting by lakeside etc. These are all quiet places.?They bring calmness and set me in rhythm.
I use to complain about noise pollution. So; decided to see if I can find solution for self. While surfing on internet; I got a few tables giving examples of noise and their decibel levels.
Bingo, I came up with solutions. I installed decibel sound meter on my cell phone. Now I can easily reduce noise level below 50 dB at home. Also reduce impact of noisy places by taking self-care. Follow all safety SOPs in factory.
Anytime I have to focus on work at home or office, I started using ear plugs to reduce decibel impact for self.?This helped in improving my Health, Creativity & Productivity.
There are soothing sound clips available on internet. ?They keep you away from getting distracted. Finding solutions on noise pollution has helped me.
I learnt that there are silent ceiling fans, ACs available which bring down decibel levels considerably. Do you know any such solutions, accessories, please suggest.

2 年Of course high decibel sounds affect the health. But other normal sounds or even what we classify as noise can take us to a state of Stillness/silence underneath by just being aware of all the sounds!!

2 年I read somewhere yesterday, during Ganapati festival time it reached 120 decibels in Mumbai... and I agree, it makes a difference. not only the high decibels but normal ones at a continuous pattern as well makes it negative impact.
