- Departments such as finance and operations knows their own requirements without having to write a long business requirement documents or make long explanations to IT department.
- Low code citizen development doesn't mean free for all. Someone with knowledge is still needed to maintain the app just like any other apps or even Excel with macros.
- In Oracle, we can use APEX even at individual level but we're guided by robust policies and integration into company wide single sign on or SAML.
- Developing a concept app to show your bosses is easy and free. APEX can be downloaded here and can run on Oracle Database 18c Express Edition (XE).
