Life often presents us with situations that are so difficult and painful that they leave us speechless. The loss of Mirel Traian Guta is one of those circumstances. An irreplaceable member of our team, whose absence leaves a deep void.
We had to take a moment of reflection and silence to process this sad loss and deal with the pain. In these moments, silence often becomes the most respectful response, a way to honor the memory of those who have left us and to allow feelings to emerge authentically. Now, with a heavy heart but with a sincere desire to celebrate his life and his contribution, it seems right to share with everyone the memory of Mirel and his impact on our working community.
Mirel joined our company in 2016. During his eight years of service, he proved to be a unique figure, not only for his technical skills but also for his versatility and great humanity. In addition to taking care of the maintenance of the machines, the colleague, for many, was a true mentor. In fact, Mirel trained many young people, who today carry on the teachings of their master. Despite his resolute and decisive character, he was a patient and often good-humored person, always available for a chat or to offer his help.
His passion for DIY was reflected in his way of approaching life: with initiative and operational ability. He loved working with his hands, dismantling and reassembling, solving practical problems without getting lost in useless chatter. A phrase he often repeated was “I am part of the old Romanian engineering school,” a joking way to describe his pragmatic and direct approach to work. This method made him a master of flexibility and creativity, characteristics that will be greatly missed within the company.

His ability to positively influence anyone he met went beyond the professional sphere. Even those who did not have the opportunity to work directly with him remember him fondly.
They told us an anecdote that exemplifies his kind and generous nature: one of his colleagues, during a coffee break, casually mentioned some of his preferences in plants. The next day Mirel brought her a plant saying: “I heard you like it. I had one more at home and thought I’d give it to you”. This small gesture says a lot about his attention to others and his desire to make them feel appreciated.
Mirel Traian Guta, therefore, was not only a colleague, but a friend, a mentor and a source of inspiration for many. His absence will be deeply felt, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know him.
We take this opportunity to once again express our closeness and affection to Carmen, Mirel’s wife and our dear colleague, in this very difficult moment.
