Love on Your Team

Play! Have fun! Take time to enjoy the people you work with each day! Your team is working hard, so show them some love!

Here are a few ways to show love to your team:

• Team building events. Get out of the office and play together.
• Write thank you notes. Regularly expressing gratitude helps people to know that you love and appreciate their work on the team.
• Games at the office. I love chair races with other team members. It’s hilarious and everyone laughs and has a good time.
• Recognize personal highlights. If someone gets engaged, has a baby, etc., take the opportunity to celebrate it as a team!

No matter what you do, keep showing the love to the people who work hard for your team and company goals!
