Be Love Valentine's Week 2023

Dear Friends,???

Thank you for being here.

Love is who we are, our nature, and Love is ours to embrace.

There are so many illusions about Love when Love is all there is.

How can I say this when there is so much fear and hate in the world?

We choose with each moment of our lives what our reality is.

Choosing Love over all else manifests a beautiful life no matter the challenges and losses we experience.

Looking through the lens of Love brings wisdom, strength, beauty, truth, light, goodness, oneness, peace, courage, opportunities, solutions, and health.

These qualities are all empowering and life-giving.

I have lived through some very difficult life, heart, and mind-shattering realities in my life over and over again.

Love has always led me through and out of the other side of pain and suffering.

I have always wanted to be happy, healthy, peaceful, loving, and free to be me, whoever that is at the time.

This has led me on a fantastic journey I share with clients, students, and others.?

It took me some deep inner healing and awakening to fully embrace this truth.

No blame or shame, judgment, or fear has been tolerated for a long time, as I found they are a choice and not accurate.?

To love ourselves is to find the Love inside to lead us forward and grow.

We all have this Love inside and the ability to live it each day.?

My most significant discovery was that our spiritual journey is to be more Love each day.

Meditate on Love, journal about Love, discover Love in all forms, and always have fun with Love.

Love is the great healer of body, mind, emotions, spirit, and soul.

Love is shared. Pass on Love in words, actions, feelings, and all modes of living and expression.

Beautiful, loving relationships occur in many forms with many people.

Being the Love is the greatest gift to the world and you.

Pass the Love on generously, receive it graciously, and watch Love grow.

Love is the seed, the water, the fertilizer, the Sun, and blooms in all of life.

Embrace Love in all its expressions and watch your life and those you love soar.

If you have a partner to love, may you know how blessed you are, and be generous to one another with Love and appreciation.
