"Love me MORE"?... the forever kind of a tale with existing customers.

"Love me MORE"... the forever kind of a tale with existing customers.

"I am a biggg shopoholic, but unlike my friends I don't find that burning passion to explore every other outlet inside a shopping mall. From buying a party dress to an ice-cream is like a walk in the park. I guess following up on my favorite brands makes it really easy. Entering inside a 5 storeyed mall and knowing where exactly to land has been saving me from killing hours. You may call me boring or non-experimental but that's okay as long as I know I am loved and valued for years as an active customer. It's simple no, the brand takes care of me, and I make sure I stay" says my friend Aishwarya, when asked about her shopping funda.

I am sure there must be atleast one such person in every group of friends who has a specific choice of brand for every product/service. For that matter, being a street food lover myself, nothing compares to the Vada Pav by Goli. It's my anytime go-to favoritest QSR indeed- wowsome taste & pocket friendly!

" Love me" demands a new customer.
" Love me MORE" expects an existing one.

Let's lock it. Loyal customers will always have an upperhand. To any business, it's them who are every season's greetings. Market research surveys conclude that acquiring new customers can be a bumpy ride- one may often end up wounding, if not critical. Infact, there is nothing more terrifying to a company, from the smallest mom and pop startup to the largest international firm than losing customers. While new customers are great, those returning time and again are the ones who keep the lights on and the business open.

Some businesses go the extra mile to gain new customers. They offer fantastic prices, additional values, and spectacular customer service. However, if they do not continue with the offerings, when the consumers get past the honeymoon period consumers may move on to the greener pastures. While it may not be possible from a monetary standpoint to offer all the benefits that are used to lure in new customers, it can help to do something special for the loyal following. Doing this will give people a reason to stick around and choose a brand over and over again—instead of just once.

As the old verse goes, “Make new friends, but keep the old. One is silver, the other gold.” Similarly, a long-term customer is of more value than a single-deal customer, and it’s a double average revenue spend value This is not to say that companies shouldn’t go out and get new customers, but if they can keep a larger percentage of those customers for a longer life cycle, they build on a revenue foundation that is more profitable and predictable; two factors that have created tremendous wealth for entrepreneurs. The bottom line: Keeping the right customers is Valuable.

So meanwhile, you may wish to find more ways to keep loving your loyal customers with us, I will go and grab Goli's yummmm Makka Palak Roll to satiate my winter hunger.
