On this International Women's Day, as I reflect on my journey, I'm compelled to pen a love letter—not just any letter, but one that honors the incredible women who have been my guiding stars. This journey of mine, adorned with victories and lessons, wouldn't have been possible without them. And it begins with the first woman I ever knew, my mom.

To My Mom: The Foundation

Mom, was my first bedrock. Your resilience in the face of adversity, your love, and your unwavering belief in my potential laid the foundation for everything I am today. You taught me the power of kindness, the strength of vulnerability, and the importance of pursuing my dreams with tenacity. You were my first coach, my first mentor, and my forever cheerleader. Thank you for instilling in me the belief that I could achieve anything I set my mind to. I miss you every single day.

To My Teachers and Mentors: The Guides

To the women educators and mentors who saw a spark in me and fanned it into a flame—thank you. You challenged me, encouraged me, and pushed me beyond my comfort zones. Some of you even let me sit and have lunch with you when I needed some space (thank you, Mrs. Handy). Each lesson you imparted has been a stepping stone in my path, shaping me into the leader and coach I am today.
