Las Vegas It's on. Love Letter to Vegas Below.
Sunday November 12th. It's on Baby. My Excerpt of my long waiting book will be ready for that event. So Blessed and excited to give that way to people and families in need in Las Vegas because they really needed. #vegasstrong
Below is a Love letter I sent to Vegas last week. I speak in Vegas quite often on a monthly basis:
I just got off the phone with another student of my in Las Vegas.
I talked on the phone and did video live talks this past week to several of my students, clients, and friends for hours and hours from Las Vegas.
I remember 2 Mondays ago October 2nd being on the phone from 5AM to 1AM.
I was very difficult hear every single call, but at the end of each call, we end up focusing on faith and gratitude which are such powerful forces and that inspired them to be bit calmer and shift the energy towards contribution and getting together to help one another.
Many of them went on to donate blood, to buy food for the first responders and inspire the ones in need by bringing certainty in moments of uncertainty.
I wanted to share what heard and felt during all these calls:
A whole lot of Worried people, Scared people, Confused people and Angry people struggling to cope, to understand.
I heard many tears.
I heard questions that I couldn't answer.
I asked questions that I couldn't get answer.
I heard conspiracy theories.
I felt and heard the anger and sadness in their voices and eyes.
I have friends and students there. They are family to me. Thank God, they are okay. But the world is not.
I am writing to share something important in these uncertain chaotic times, where negativity, anger, destruction, and violence seem to be the only headlines that everyone is talking about on social media and all over the news.
It is a message of hope for a better now.
Right now, at this moment.
What can you think about to bring some joy, love and hope to someone in need out there?
What would you want your highest self to do in this situation?
It is a call to challenge you and everyone around you to bring more positivity, gratitude, love and trading all expectation for appreciation.
Some perspective...
For more than two decades, I’ve asked better questions because I never again wanted to be in situation where I was saw myself as a child wanting to kill myself at age 6 and half due to hearing my mother crying, being hurt, and arguing behind close doors with my step father and to top that up being bullied in school, surround by violence in seeing and hearing about so many of my neighbors, friends and family dying and getting robbed in Brazil and noone to talk to.
I was tired to so much violence every day in my country with people dying daily horribly.
I was tired of hearing the screaming crying and fight behind close doors.
I was tired of being beaten and bullied in school as a kid.
So I decided to master my mindset and read more than anyone else I knew books on personal development, evolution, mind and asked a whole a lot of questions to successful people on what to do to succeed in moments of chaos, what to avoid doing and what to implement to get quicker results.
I became fascinated about understanding the brain of successful people and how they think?
What does differentiate someone who controls their environment versus someone who allow the environment to control themselves.
I understood at a very young age to be performing above and beyond the norm you got be willing to do things totally against the comfort zone.
So I became fascinated my entire life on studying and helping the humans achieve and or shift their patterns from chaos towards achievement.
For the past couple years, I’ve spent every workday training others to reach deeper levels of motivation and higher performance at whatever goals they needed help with.
I’m out on the road, a lot. That’s my life. I’m out in the world, speaking, coaching clients through tough life issues, volunteering and serving with every ounce of my heart.
In all my years doing this, I’ve never seen such negativity stealing people’s lives away. It’s why we need you so much now.
Here’s what I’m witnessing more than ever talking to people worldwide:
Anger fueled by assumptions. Disconnection from the moment and one another. The travesty of speedy judgements. Good people drowning in pools of pessimism. People losing their mojo and momentum due to all this ongoing negativity on the news and social media.
Haters shaming. False dramas. Accuse now and don’t ask later. An eye for eye.
When is enough going to be enough?
It’s enough to draw all the hope from our hearts.
But we must not let this negativity and separation win.
Let us never fail to recognize the beauty, love, abundance, and opportunities all around.
Yes, there are deeply troubled people out there.
Yes, there are reasons to be upset and extremely angry.
So, to all those who have remained positive, hopeful, and faithful despite it all, this is a love letter to you.
To those who remember to seek first to understand, this is a love letter to you.
To those who practice those simple but great acts of kindness, this is a love letter to you.
To those who care enough to hold your opinion until you have carefully studied, this is a love letter to you.
To the volunteers of the world, the loving parents, the servant leaders, this is a love letter to you.
We appreciate you.
And we need you now more than ever.
To all, trust this:
The future holds good things for you, and you are stronger than you think. Everything you need is within you now.
Remember that most people are very good and kind and working hard for their families.
Take time to appreciate the positive, to enjoy the positive, to celebrate the small wins, to speak the positive, to share hopeful dreams, to cheer on others, to embrace those you love and care for, to be thankful don't matter what happens out there.
Listen to that hope in your soul and heart that is asking you to have reverence for life, and to be an even more thoughtful and loving human now.
We can choose to feel anger and perpetuate negativity and hate. Or we can choose to seek peace, to inspire others by remaining positive, to always live through love and service to a higher cause.
I am getting ready to go to Las Vegas more inspired than ever because I spoke to so many hopeful friends, clients and fans this past week. They said they know there is darkness, disgrace and horrible things happens when you at least expect. And so they want to be a light, love and kindness to bring the community and lead by example to the rest of the world who are going through tough times to come together and become one.
And so let us be luminous now, conscious now, tender now.
With love,
Carlos Siqueira
