"Man's Search for Meaning," by Viktor Frankl.

Frankl used this Nietzsche quote to explain to us that when we can no longer change our circumstances, we are challenged to change ourselves.

 Pursuing success and risking failure is simply normal and source of long-lasting sense of contentment.
