Sandra, I am so proud of you. Always love yourself and trust your intuition.

Be proud of everything you have gone through, and mostly, what you have become.

Be kind to yourself. Everything will make sense to you one day. All the pain, hurt, and frustration will become worth it. Remember, everything happens for a particular reason. You are in the exact place you are meant to be right now. So breathe, be patient, and trust the course of your life. Let go of all the expectations you have created in your head. Accept reality as it comes. Accept life for what it is.

Avoid taking things personally and bless those who try to get you down. Most of the time, things have nothing to do with you, and everything to do with the other person. When people hurt you, try and understand their side of the story. Forgive them. Learn from their wrongdoings, and then let it remain in the past.

You are perfect in every way, especially with your flaws. Accept the things that make you different, while embracing everything that makes you unique.

Even when you think you are broken, there is so much beauty in your pain.

You are stronger than anything that has tried to tear you down. You’re always doing the best you can.

Create a meaningful life for yourself that you can be proud of. Promise me, you will make the most of it all. Never let anyone get in the way of your goals in life. More importantly, never give up on your passions and your dreams.

Stay away from the people who do not believe in you. Only surround yourself with people who encourage and inspire you.

You deserve the world and even a little more. You are smart. You are beautiful. You are enough. You are everything. You are all.

Happiness is always within you!

At the end of the day, all you are guaranteed is yourself.

Be patient, and stay positive, while waiting for love, its just around the corner for you!

You must learn to completely love yourself, before you even try to love another.

Help others. Be a good friend and make sure to be kind to your family.

You are a fantastic Mum and your girls love you and respect you every minute of the day!

You are so strong Sweetie. You have been through a lot and come out on the winning end. Thank your past, for it has made you into a better person today.

People will disappoint you, and all you can do is learn to appreciate them for what they have taught you. Thank the people who have stayed. Fill the spaces of the ones who have gone.

More importantly, gracefully let go of the things and people that are not meant for you. Accept things the way they are.

Thank you for never giving up and being so tough. You inspire others and you lift them up. Stay strong. Stand up tall. Be more beautiful than ever. Make them wonder how you do it.

You know you deserve the world, now go get it.

I love you because you are kind, compassionate, sensitive and empathetic. You see people in need and wonder what you can do to help or how you can make their days a little bit easier. I mean, you even made a career out of this! I love that you are full of love and that you seriously want everyone to be happy.

I also love you because you make it a priority to take some time for yourself. You realize how valuable and important you are, and that you can’t help someone else if you are falling apart. When you’re nearing your edge you willingly step back. You are learning to say no, to relax, and to put yourself first. I love that some of your favorite “me time” activities include taking a bath, hitting the meditation mat, going to the gym, walking barefoot on the beach, spending time in nature and reading for hours on end.

I love you because you are conscious of what it means to be healthy and keeping your body fit, strong and energetic. I love that you have always taken care of your body and continue to exercise regularly. You have discovered that you feel most confident and at peace when you take the time to connect with your higher self.

I love you because you could have chosen any other career field, but you knew where your heart was, and you followed it. I love you because you are smart, determined, motivated, and ambitious. You take the time to decide on what you want, and then you go for it. You enjoy learning and searching for ways to grow and expand your knowledge and you know what? That is sexy.

I love you because you love to be silly and know how to have fun. I love that you randomly make little silly noises and enjoy playing games with your girls.

I love you because you had your heart broken and you took the time to put the pieces back together.

When you were ready, you put yourself out there again and I know that took huge amounts of courage.

But look at what you have now! You found a guy who treats you better than you could have ever imagined and you are both crazy in love with each other.

I love you because you know what makes you happy and you surround yourself with it:

music, beach, water sports, friends who love to laugh, feel-good movies, traveling in style, giving keynote motivational talks all over the world. I love that you are constantly learning and growing and teaching others how to do the same.

I love you because you take the time to spoil yourself with massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and all the girlie things that you deserve. You are always brave to take risks, to try something new, and you have huge amounts of faith in yourself and you see failure as an opportunity to grow.

I love you because you let yourself be sad. You will sit with it, let yourself cry, and just be there. You are still learning how to be angry, and that’s okay. Sometimes you let a hateful comment slip out, but you feel lousy the second it hits the floor. You are beginning to be more conscious of your words, learning to fill them with kindness, rather than hurt. You are learning and I love you for that.

I love how much you love your family and how much they mean to you, I love that you often make the time to go and visit them and treat them on nice family holidays away!

I love your blonde-brown hair, your green eyes and your contagious smile! I love the way your waist curves in and hips glide out. I love your soft skin, your freckles, and your small hands. I love your full, pink lips and your long eyelashes. I love that you are learning to speak gentle, encouraging words to yourself.

I love that you are unraveling yourself, on a journey to find your core, that part of you that is the truest version of you. I love that you are taking the time to learn more about yourself, that you recognize the importance of it and that you are so courageous to face it head-on.

I love that You are brave and that you take the time to be and feel grateful every moment of the day.

When you see brutality you search for beauty.

I think the wrinkles around your eyes are pretty cute, they are the evidence of the laughter and smiles you’ve had.

I love your courage — to cry, to leap, to give, to receive.

When your heart breaks, you allow it to open you. When you heal {and you always heal} your heart grows bigger and stronger.

I love it when you’re excited and your hands flail about in an attempt to punctuate your ideas.

Thank you for trusting your heart over your head even when it means taking a risk, stepping into the unknown, and embracing uncertainty.
