A Love Letter to Coworking

I feel incredibly fortunate to work in an environment brimming with opportunities to create, learn, connect and drive change through our professional endeavors. I’m especially lucky to be able to share this environment with my coworkers!

Positive coworking possesses a unique magic that brings out the best in everyone. Here are a few things I am grateful for in regards to my coworkers!

?There’s nothing quite like finding a plate of goodies in the kitchen with a note from that day’s lil baker, or finding streamers outside the office door for your birthday! These small gestures foster a supportive and caring community.

?Asking for help can sometimes be scary, but with the right team, I’ve seen that seeking advice and asking questions can significantly benefit both myself and my business. The collective knowledge within the community is immense, and people are eager to share their expertise.

?The relationships here are authentic. I’ve formed friendships that extend beyond the office walls. We celebrate birthdays, housewarmings and dinner parties together, sharing both joyous and challenging moments. It’s a space where we can be entirely honest and open about our experiences.

? There’s no keeping score—coffees are bought, favors are exchanged, mistakes become lessons and we all move forward as a team, cheering each other on and offering a boost when needed.

? Working in a place that offers endless opportunities to meet diverse and inspiring people is a dream. Our differences are seen as strengths and resources that enhance our work. It’s refreshing to be in a productive, friendly environment surrounded by hardworking individuals with unique ideas and impactful projects.
