As your hosts, we're Kristen Brun Sharkey , an executive coach and facilitator, and Michael S. , a senior living and hospitality executive. We're not just leadership nerds – we're also a married couple bringing our diverse experiences and perspectives to the world of leadership development.

What can you expect from Love and Leadership? Each week, we'll dive into critical leadership topics such as emotional intelligence, executive presence, driving culture, and managing change. Our backgrounds are very different – from Kristen's roots in marketing and ad tech to Mike's journey from classical musician to restaurant management to senior living.
