  • BEAD’s Groundhog Day Moment: Déjà Vu in Broadband Funding: The BEAD program is facing familiar hurdles—permitting delays, workforce shortages, and policy roadblocks—that could slow broadband expansion nationwide. This article dives into why history seems to be repeating itself and what policymakers, ISPs, and communities can do to break the cycle.   • China's 50,000Mbps Broadband Push: A Leap Toward the Future: China is making bold strides in broadband infrastructure with plans for a massive 50,000Mbps rollout, aiming to surpass global internet speeds. This next-gen fiber network could redefine connectivity standards and fuel innovation across industries.
