Audit and Fix the Customer Journey?

1. Schedule a time to look at each service and product separately

2. Ensure that all links work and the process is easy to complete

3. Ask a business bestie, COO, or administrative staff to review the process and give you feedback on the experience.?

4. Review your analytics to see where the customer stops in the process.?

5. Take the feedback and create a process that makes it enjoyable and easy for the customers to follow all the way through it.?

6. Each service/ product should have it's own landing/ squeeze page and the SEO set with keywords.

7. Each page should lead to purchase and obtain an email to be included in a drip campaign.

8. Automate the process as much as possible to nurture the relationship with your customers.

9. Consider adding upsell, crosssell, and downsell options in the process and in follow up emails.?

10. Note what programs and resources are needed to develop the workflows and eliminate any excess.

11. Let your accountability partner know that you are working on inefficiencies within your business and give them deadlines of when it will be completed.
