Love or endearment - what is your pick?

Love has always been a significant curtain-raiser of our lives. It has come across in different embodiment like our mom, dad, spouse, children, siblings and likewise. Have we ever pondered upon that what love is? Is it something about guiding our loved ones, to protect them from evil, to help them when they need us the most or to just shower our unconditional love on them? Don’t you think that is endearment and not love?

Love emancipates you and your loved ones. It accords freedom, freedom from re-birth, freedom from sorrows, and freedom from your obsession for your loved ones. When you love somebody you counsel them, you make sure you mentor them to choose between the right & the wrong, the bad & the evil. We don’t become vigilant or defensive to them. We let them work hard and walk the path through than to lift them and take them along.

What is endearment? Endearment is a distinctive silhouette of love but not “The Love”. It is very arduous to discern the difference between the two. It cripples you by the worldly allurement. Love is inbred from compassion and empathy whereas, it is pride which is disguised in endearment. Love has no place for pride or ego and never demands the same from its loved ones. Endearment demands repletion or gratification from their loved ones. It demands that their loved ones must feel a sense of pride on them because it him/her who has taken so many efforts in life to keep them safe, happy and so on.

Love gives you peace and endearment has another sorrow attached along.

So think before you say ‘I love you’ to someone and question yourself whether it is endearment (the blind-folded love) or “THE LOVE”.
