It is hard to believe that in a little over 2 weeks winter officially starts in Melbourne.

What an amazingly warm and beautiful day we are having today - 21 degrees - I couldn't resist the temptation to take a shot as I walked back from a coffee catch up on my way home.

And in typical Melbourne fashion, we will be bundling back into our winter woollies tomorrow with rain and a top of 14 degrees!

And sometimes, like the weather, leadership can be just like this. One day everything is warm and bright and sunny.Then the next it is cold and dark and wet!

What is important is how the leader in you reacts. Sometimes it is easy to lead and everything falls into place. And other times it is very hard.

But always remember, the sun will come out tomorrow!
