After watching my all time favourite movie - Love Actually for the fifth time with my husband last night, it made me think...

In today's world, it is so easy to be suspicious and non-trusting in our business relationships. 

We must remember that we get what we give, and if we are open, honest, enthusiastic and ask the right questions of our clients - generally we will receive the same in return.

People "buy" confidence and friendly service and usually just want someone to solve their "problem".  In my case, that often means running out of space in their current home and needing to sell and find a new, larger home - sometimes in a different location.

Rather than trying to out-guess your clients or their intentions, always remember that love, actually IS all around us when you look closely enough and if you take that attitude with you in your day to day activities you will win the business every time and have a legion of raving fans!

So....as we enjoy the "magic" of Christmas, I wish you all the warmth of home; the love of family; the company of good friends and a 2016 full of memorable moments and prosperity.....
