You do you & I do me, But surely If I sense you being chivalrous & respectful enough towards my boundaries & me, I shall let you tag along with me!

You do you & I do me. Somewhere if our minds meet, then I wouldn't mind you continuing to walk this lane with me..

You do you & I do me. And if laughter, fun & frolic, wit & humor & intellectually stimulating long conversations are an integral part of this walk, be rest assured that (now), I am (more than) interested to tag along with 'you' as long as river Nile!

You do you & I do me. And somewhere if our hearts meet, then I would surely allocate a space for you in either of the four chambers of this beating throbbing heart of mine!

You do you & I do me. Until we realize all our dreams.

You do you & I do me. Somewhere if I fall & stumble & you stay & carry me through that rugged terrain, I promise you that when you fall, I'll be there until you rise for we never fall in love, we always rise!

You do you & I do me. If you stand the test of time & trials & tribulations & the litmus tests, I shall include you in that inner shell of mine as my most trusted & treasured tribe.

You do you & I do me. We fight our battles together & become each other's armor as much as we become each other's ardent fans!

You do you & I do me. Now that we are one team, your friends are my allies, and your enemies may better be beware of me! But mind you, I hope it is likewise or else I wouldn't mind walking away to never look back ever again! Why waste even a nano second of my finite time in life that I hugely respect because anything that is half-hearted or half baked is never worth its while!

You do you & I do me. We tread the stormy times & nights together as friends as thick as thieves & as warriors as strong as steel!

You do you & I do me. And now that we are partners in crime, I can think of letting my guard down for rawness is real & vulnerability is the strongest adhesive which binds two people into an insoluble bond!

You do you & I do me. Now that what my father taught me is coming true that 1+1= 11 in a relationship & not 2, I guess this is the beginning of my rise in love- A rise in temperatures & a dip in temperaments!

You do you & I do me. As we tread along this path together on this lonely- dark- stormy -spine- chilling cold night, we come closer. And this time not just with our minds & hearts but with each of the 37.2 trillion cells in our bodies without letting even a speck of air pass through us as we embrace & intertwine.

You do you & I do me. And after the storm has settled leaving a silent cold night. We stand under the star lit sky looking into each other's eyes at the sparkle of the fireworks of this win of ours against the odds of life as warriors who won together in this path called Life!

And before the sunrise, we two unite into this one hot flickering flame- smoldering & igniting the darkest hour just before the dawn until the sunrise to alight the world with nothing but just pure, viscous, pious love for that is enough to give birth to a new life & for life to thrive- Just like the sun does, everyday after the night!

You do you & I do me. Herein begins the journey of two souls familiar with each other from the past lifetimes but the saga is yet to unfold in this lifetime..

You do you & I do me. I water you & you water me & we grow together to be our best selves & best versions in the 21st century of updated versions & software & apps & ever changing world at the speed of light!

You do you & I do me. We stand by each other in our journey on this path to build each other up, to lean on, cry, laugh, smile, love, care & most of all respect each other in our respective journeys in this lifetime to assist, help, support & be each other's rock on this path- rickety or otherwise!

You do you & I do me. Know that I'm always there to lend that patient ear to you my love, to be your sounding board, your 3 am friend, your ferocious Greek Goddess & lover, your loudest cheerleader ever, your personal best chef, your pride & shine, to be that hot Chauffeur of yours to drive you crazy at all times in this lifetime & continue the tradition in lifetimes to come- to be your All in one- now & forever?

Yet, You be you & I'll be me!! ;)

PS: The Love of this kind happens when two souls who've been together since lifetimes bump into each other & stay alongside each other- not just in the smooth ride of life but also when the ride get bumpy & more so when the car (Mustang or Maruti)breaks down! And then time doesn't matter! Be it either 2020 BC or 2020 AD~ Because, Love is Love!
