The LOUDEST PERSON Wins: A 'Collaboration Across the Ages' Open Release
For several months now we've been publishing regular episodes of "Collaboration Across the Ages." This is my favorite video series in my whole 20 years of Group Harmonics . In it, I chat, unscripted, with my delightful kiddo about his experiences. Together we explore how challenges in group work and collaboration show up in kid-land, and how those problems relate to the ones we face in the adult world.
(Spoiler: Closely.)
Anyway, the series is exclusive for subscribers to The Next Step, our monthly e-newsletter. If you'd like to get all the episodes, just jump on the list. But I wanted to release one episode here, so you can see what we're up to... and because I'm just so darn proud of him!
If you'd like to learn more about the series, here's an FAQ . Hope to see you on our newsletter list soon, and hope you enjoy... "The LOUDEST PERSON Wins."

P.S. The capitalization in the title was his idea, and we ran with it. ;)

What a brilliant idea, Ed! Interviewing your own kid shows how much knowledge we can gathering around us, just by paying attention and active listening to each other.
