Lottie shot this elaborate set up for Fortnum & Mason a few years back but it is still one of my favourite images and particularly apt for this time of year. Without wanting to spoil the illusion of this magical winter scene it was shot in the month of June and on the hottest day of that year. It involved snow machines, husky puppies, biting insects, and a trip to a Christmas tree farm. The Unicorn however, was obviously real ; )
