There is lot happening over coffee

There is lot happening over coffee

Can you imagine the birth of the Harry Potter series of books took place in a coffee shop. I heard that she started writing it in a coffee shop. Today the book has sold more than millions of copies and the acclaimed author J. K. Rowling is a millionaire. Lifelong relations start over a cup of coffee. Now-a-days arranged marriages are not of a typical sort. So in-person and informal meetings between a boy and a girl happens for coffee and that's how is things fall in place, lifelong relations start over a cup of coffee.

Lifelong commitments end over a cup of coffee. Some people chose it to start a new relation and some to end the one. So break-ups happen over a cup of coffee. . Dating alone with yourself. This one is my favourite and I just love doing it. My reading glasses with a book and a cup of espresso. This is a perfect set-up to date yourself and feel special about yourself. Projects and Meetings. Formal projects and meetings, deals of crores get cracked over a cup of coffee. Exchange Numbers. I have this personal experience of meeting one of my best friend now to meet over a cup of coffee. As I told before I just love coffee and many a times I love going alone for coffee.

One day I went to Cafe Coffee Day and ordered espresso, I started reading my book and a guy sitting to my opposite chair was staring at me continuously. He got up from his seat and come down to me and started talking to me. He asked for my number, but I denied at that time. I was amazed when he said you were there previous Saturday and Friday also. He also remembered what I was wearing. I was in surprise and then finally ended up in a healthy conversation and exchanging numbers. He is still my friend and we still meet often for a cup of coffee.

Recollecting Old Memories. Me and my best friend even after two years of completing post-graduation loves to meet over a cup of coffee to have healthy gossip, remind old memories and that's an awesome, excellent, fabulous time with spend over a cup of coffee. Knowing the user person's world and sharing mine. When the two world's merge together to whatever extent, the sense of oneness is natural. Both of us feel more freedom in this bigger world!!!

Of course some are die-hard fans of tea. Tea in all different forms, be it green tea, black tea, iced tea and the normal brewed home made ginger tea. And the contrast of interest comes from my better half being an ardent lover of coffee, be it instant coffee or coffee brewed using strong decoction. And when I say I want to give him company over a cup of coffee, it means to him that I wish to experience not only his desire for the beverage, but also for the sense of togetherness we enjoy while we sip our espresso coffee in our big, black mugs adorned with 2 big red roses and muffins or croissants or local samosas go very well with it.

A cup of coffee could make your further life annoying for you. This example will remain in our memory for a very long time. What is the worst thing that can happen over a coffee ? You can yourself spoil your career over a coffee (or Koffee). This is what Hardik Pandya did to himself. I am sure he will never have a coffee again or for that matter even Alia Bhatt would. A lot can be achieved over a coffee only when the other person is resourceful (has skill-set you need, has tech know-how you intend to know, or can connect you further with some other resourceful person).

Starbucks was my first real find, so I got some stories. But one of my favourite Recent memories was….I used to be in China for some time those days. In the city of Guangzhou, where the population was over 13 million. I used to get asked a lot, if the amount of crowding and people were hard to deal with. It really wasn't. There were other things that bothered me Way more. Or getting over being stared at like a circus freak. People have literally fallen into holes and slammed into poles, while walking because they were staring at me so hard.

There were hoards of Starbucks all over China and ex-pats would go because it was a little slice of home. Invariably the Chinese Starbucks were rather loud. Lots of talking, lots and lots and lots of talking. So we never stayed long or we risked getting a headache. They were small spaces so the din was usually Epic. One time a friend and I popped into one across from the main train station. We thought it would be insanely busy being so close to the station. But it was this bizarre little oasis.

You could hear the dulcet tones of the non offensive jazz. There was that soothing hushed murmur that usually accompanies a Canadian Starbucks, where no one wants to talk louder than the milk foamer. As well it was also great for me to hear all the work sounds. The grinder, the foamer, the tapping of the grinds into the dripper, the chunk of the pressed coffee being locked into place at the expresso machine before it drips through, and we could even hear the drips! It quickly became one of our homes away from home. We did our work there and we decompressed. It was so easy to pretend we weren’t in China. Chai Lattes and pockets of silence. That’s my favourite memory of Starbucks.

I actually don't drink coffee and since moving back home, I go to Starbucks maybe once a year. But when you are homesick, in an Extremely foreign land, a chai latte is a balm for your soul. And yes, I did make my own chai while over there but once in awhile. My father had never been to a Starbucks. Once my Son took him and me. We sat and had our coffee with some pastries and mini-pizzas. I will never forget the look on my father’s face and how much he enjoyed just smelling the place. My father very much enjoyed the entire experience and I feel so lucky that I got to enjoy it with her. Cheers!
