2nd, Feed and strengthen your body, Fear is physical. When you lift weights or run, that energy flows back into your body to restore you to certainty.
3rd, Find a role model, someone who has turned their life around.
4th, Take massive action and keep changing your approach until you find what is working and refine it.
5th, Find someone who is 10 times worse off, and help them. It reminds you that you have something to give and be grateful.
