Mistakes in hiring and firing.?
Mistakes in saying yes to the wrong clients and no to the right vendors.?

But one mistake which I can say is above everything else is to not have good case studies in place??
I'll tell you why!
If you are a B2B company, your prospects only care about three things from you:
Case studies answer these three things for you. Apart from whatever else you do to get clients, case studies get you the most conversions by covering everything required to close a deal.
When you start a company, you must work on building a portfolio, and case studies are the best way to showcase the work you can do or have done so far.?
When you get success and momentum, money might start pouring in, but the equation for benefits is still money + case studies.

And when you go big, case studies of the biggest projects become all the more essential to build and maintain your image!
People who talk marketing all day will tell you how case studies are bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) content for your business. It is because they know: THEY HELP CONVERT PROSPECTS to paying customers.?
Here’s how to put this into practice:
If you want to sell a SaaS product, don't just tell people about its amazing features.?
Tell them how a company got your SaaS and consequently changed their way of doing business for the better. Tell them how your product helped them and see how they come to you for the same thing!?
In short: show, don’t just tell.?
Back up your claims with proof and watch the conversions climb.
Case studies help your marketing and sales team equally; it is the one document that can boost your clients’ confidence to 4x. If someone asks, “Do your services really work?”, your sales team can pull out a case study with a flourish and say, “Of course it does! Look here.”
I know I’m making it sound like case studies can change your life and make everything perfect when you would know by now that nothing is going to be perfect.?
True. It will never be perfect.
But case studies make things simpler.?
