A while back, one of my clients operating in the consultancy space (Will call him Andrew) had a wake-up call. Andrew realized his paper-based workflow was costing him time, money and even business opportunities.
He had just lost a long-time client who required an urgent contract renewal yet the latest version was nowhere to be found.

Since the company started a few years back, they had managed their documentation in paper format. With time these had piled up into stacks of paper in filing cabinets, drawers and the pile-up led to moving some paper documents to the building basement.?
His team searched for the document for many hours among the piles of documents. It was nowhere to be found. His client got frustrated with the delays and decided to move to his competitor. And that is when he got a wake-up call. When he reached out he was trying to look for the best possible solution to serve his clients without these frustrations.

We put out to him the possibility of having his documents digitized and having his files organized efficiently. Creating a system to make the documents easily searchable and retrievable. This would only take him a few seconds to get a document.
His team would be freed from taking many hours off their work to search for clients' documents in the heap of papers. Lost documents would be a thing of the past. In addition, his clients’ documents would be better secured and easily accessible. Workflow would be smooth-flowing with no hitches. And throwing piled-up documents in the basement would be a thing of the past.
