Lost A Client?
I used to lose clients every 3-6 months.

Instead of deeply serving the clients I had...

And our clients pay us a lot longer and are happier to do so.
In fact, I could probably coast in my agency for years without making any moves at all. Zero stress. Zero pressure.
Keeping clients comes down to 5 things.
1. How you communicate with your clients.
2. How unique your offer is and how difficult it is to replace you.
3. What results you get.
4. How you set and manage expectations.
5. The little extras you do to exceed those expectations.
If you are getting clients results...
...meaning you are generating leads and phone calls, creating nice websites, or getting them ranked in the almighty Google...
...and you've had a client leave...
...it's probably NOT your results.
It's probably a combination of how unique your offer is, how you communicate with your clients, the expectations you set, and how you intentionally do the little things to exceed those expectations.

In other words, it's your client experience.
Now, not trying to brag here... but we've got this retention thing down to a science.
Especially the little extras that make clients feel like you care and you are in their corner.
Systematized. Processized. McDonaldized.
