THE LOST BALANCE: How the World Suffers When Women Withdraw Their Feminine Energy

THE LOST BALANCE: How the World Suffers When Women Withdraw Their Feminine Energy

We are grappling with crises on every front, but there exists a deeper, more elusive crisis: the withdrawal of feminine energy.

This vital force, one that softens life’s rough edges and brings compassion to conflict, has slowly retreated. The delicate balance that sustains humanity, the dance of masculine and feminine, strength and softness, yin and yang has tilted.

As women pull back, an irreplaceable element is lost. Why? Because safety, the foundation of feminine power, has been stripped away. When a woman no longer feels safe, her nurturing spirit cannot thrive, and the world is poorer for it.

The universe entrusted women with a profound, singular gift: to create and protect spaces of balance, places of peace. Their energy tempers the harsh with the tender, regulating humanity’s endless pull between vengeance and forgiveness, war and harmony, conflict and resolution.

But this gift is only possible when women feel secure.

Safety isn’t a luxury; it’s a basic human right. In the words of Hajiya Nafisa Aliyu, CEO of CalmzTherapy, “The most important gift you can give a woman is safety. It is a commandment from Allah, for without that safety, a woman cannot become.”

Safety is the soil from which feminine energy grows, the bedrock upon which a woman’s strength is built.

Sadly, society has failed in its most essential duty. From institutions to individuals, we have not protected women, not as girls, not as mothers, lovers, innovators, or creators. And when safety fails, survival instincts take over. The gentle, nurturing woman is pushed into a corner, and forced to become a warrior. In the absence of safety, the soft, all-giving heart becomes encased in armor, and the world feels the difference.

Consider the ancient myth of the Amazons, a tale not only of heroism but of transformation born of necessity. These women, widowed by wars, left to fend for their sons, had no choice but to defend their lives and their children.

They became archers, and warriors, sacrificing their left breast to survive. What began as survival hardened into combat, not by desire but by compulsion. In their society, no one was left to shield them; they had to shield themselves, ultimately trading parts of their nurturing identity for survival.

Today, the “Amazonian loop” is no longer a myth, it is a reality for women everywhere. Stripped of safety, women enter a mode of fierce independence, often embodying energies that are less about compassion and more about survival.

The result is a world where nurturing is forced to yield to defensiveness, collaboration to competition, forgiveness to revenge. This withdrawal of feminine energy has created a vacuum, and in that void, we see the rise of conflict, aggression, and imbalance.

Men, fathers, brothers, partners, leaders: the responsibility rests with you. Creating a world where women feel safe is the most powerful contribution you can make to humanity. To give safety is not simply a gift; it is an obligation, an unspoken promise that is foundational to peace and balance.

In the Words of Pharm. Ini-obong Josiah the name behind Beauty and Balance?“everything rises and falls on balance, the secret symmetry that keeps the world together. Every woman must learn to see the world through this lens for her to truly separate suffering from strength”

When men embrace their role as protectors of this vital safety, they unleash a force far more potent than any weapon, the true power of feminine energy. When women feel safe, they become the architects of harmony, the guardians of compassion, and the nurturers of peace.

But in the absence of safety, the balance is tilted. The softer side of humanity retreats, replaced by a survivalist mentality that, over time, transforms the gentle into the hardened.

If we are to restore peace in a world driven to conflict, we must first restore safety for women. Without it, the world’s natural mediators are silenced, and the delicate balance that keeps us whole begins to crumble.

In my forthcoming book, The 3-Dimensional Woman, I explore the depths of “Woman Intelligence” (WQ), a realm of hidden potential, compassion, and resilience that lies at the heart of every woman. It’s time for women to rediscover their Aurora , their true inner light, even in a world that has often asked them to dim it. And it is time for men to awaken to their role in safeguarding this light.

We are at a crossroads. Will we create a world where feminine energy can flourish, a world balanced in strength and softness, or will we remain in a loop of survival and strife? The choice is ours, but let us remember: without safety for women, there is no peace for anyone.

This is not just an article but a deep cry for awareness and possible mobilization towards this end. It’s okay to mobilize funds for women to work and do business but it is also urgent to mobilize and create a safety zone for the woman to be happy and find real fulfillment.

What I am doing in this regard:

I just launched a program for 7 Saturdays with 9 outstanding facilitators, known as My Aurora, 2025 , to help the Woman discover and Illuminate her way through this rough terrain. Click here for details.

Alpha Woman Academy partnered with Calmz Therapy to launch a Post-Partum Clinic with Nafisa Aliyu, to help women dig deeper into the stretch and influence that Post-partum has on them, in terms of Performance, Decisions, and Behaviour. Click here for details.

Presently setting up the groundwork for an Executive Women Summit in Kenya for 2025 with Profiles International (EAT), led by my Dynamic boss, Vicky Karuga. Details coming Soon

Please let us work together, rekindling a balance that restores humanity’s most beautiful strength.

I look forward to your thoughts, your stories, and your support as we take this journey back to balance.

"The result is a world where nurturing is forced to yield to defensiveness, collaboration to competition... This withdrawal of feminine energy has created a vacuum... we see the rise of conflict, aggression, and imbalance." My mind races in different directions as the lost of our Femininity has pushed us into what we are not. Sadly, it is now commonly seen as the norm for the woman to function outside her 'safe space' - her Femininity, instead of a callback to the drawing board to be carried out. I am super glad that you have become a voice ensuring the restoration of our lost glory as the feminine side of life. Indeed, the feminine energy ensures the preservation of societal virtues, values and peace. Thank you sir!
