This was the question I asked a friend of mine? after I learned she has gone through a major #health issue recently.
You see my friend is a perfectionist, and she was never happy with anything less than ‘COMPLETED’ or’ DONE’ on her scary never-ending #todolist. Tell her to slow down!
For a long time, she believed that it’s not because she is a single mom of three that she is going to seek help.
Or?
that because she is a senior manager in a man’s world that she was going to skip those meetings ending when the kids should be put to bed.
Until somebody at work picked her up from the floor in her #workplace .
It does not need to be this dramatic, burnout is real and a lot have it without even knowing.
60% of leaders reported feeling worn out at the end of the day, which indicates burnout;
another survey found that 76% reported that work stress has negatively impacted their #relationships ?
and 66 % reported losing sleep because of work stress. (Courtesy M. Zaki)
You see, not everything has to be a #struggle .
No everything has to be a heroic act done single-handedly.
When everything is seen though “I have to” “I need to” or “I Should” that’s hard work!
That’s pushing ourselves to succeed.
That’s what first industrial revolution thinking (i.e. most present time employees have somehow been affected by this.)
But what if I told you you can condition your mind, and by extension your body for #success ?
By learning to:
Curate your own #lifestyle by balancing work and life

Radically transform m your body by #thinking differently about it
Too good to be true, right?
That’s the immediate knee-jerk attitude of our mind.
But you don’t have to buy into that, you too can do it.
Here are my best tips to get started:
Here are my 7 go to tips to get started:
1. Set #goals beyond what you think is possible for you now and break them down to realistic bites– Before you can achieve success, you need to know that the purpose of the goal is to make you grow to the next version of yourself. Make sure that the goals that you set for yourself are beyond achievable and so that you can stretch out of the comfort zone and get to the learning zone.?
2. #believe in yourself – Having a positive attitude and believing in yourself is essential for achieving success. Remind yourself of your worth and of how much potential lies within you.?
3. Take #action – Don't wait for opportunities, create them! Take small steps each day towards your goal, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. Even the smallest actions can lead to big results over time.?
4. Stay #organized – Organization is key when it comes to achieving success; make sure that all of your tasks are prioritized and scheduled accordingly so that nothing gets forgotten or overlooked in the process.?
5. Develop a winning #mindset – Your mindset will be the driving force behind your success; take the time to remind yourself daily of why it is important for you to succeed, and focus on staying positive even during challenging times.?
6. Surround yourself with #likeminded people – Successful people tend to surround themselves with other successful people; find a group of like-minded individuals who share similar goals as yours who will support and motivate each other as they work towards their respective successes.?
7. Learn from #failure – Don't be discouraged by failure; instead use it as an opportunity to learn from your mistakes and adjust your approach accordingly so that next time around, the outcome will be different.?
?I hope these tips help make it easier for you to attract success into your life!

2 年There is no scientific fact that dictates how many hours of sleep we require. However, the link between sleep deprivation and burnout is very clear. Not getting enough sleep or having difficulty falling asleep are two additional stressors that can exacerbate burnout. We must find a way to balance our personal and professional obligations. Be on time for work, complete your tasks, and leave on time. Leave without feeling bad about it. Dr. Nebila Dhieb
