Losing clients, birthing babes and becoming more expensive.

Losing clients, birthing babes and becoming more expensive.

Well, I'm two weeks back at the helm of Ruby Assembly and Good Axe. The year has started with a bang. I've been facilitating our kick off Social Strategy Sessions with our digital team, focusing on new business meetings (Ruby Assembly has some very exciting new clients joining our family of brands in '25), and I've even had time to bring you a new Real Ambition podcast.

It's a year in review, and 2024 was an extraordinary one in many regards. As the title of the 'cast, suggests it involved losing clients, birthing babes and becoming more expensive.

You can listen to it here.

In addition to discussion of managing upskilling of systems around my maternity leave, there's some juicy content on losing clients, building a new business offering to breach the gap ... and some jolly story-telling involving Disney Cruises and e-bikes.

Enjoy, you crazy kids.
