However, it's important to note that extreme or rapid weight loss methods can have negative consequences and may not lead to better health outcomes. That's why I don't ask clients to count calories, cut out food groups such as carbohydrates or substitute food for supplements or meal-replacement drinks.
It's crucial to focus on sustainable, balanced approaches to weight loss, such as a combination of a healthy diet and regular exercise.
