Lord is explaining your mind is attracted wherever with the specialty of worldly material you think that specialty have been originated by Me.

O Lord of Yog, How I shall know you, by every time consciously thinking about you? And O Divine! In which-which form I shall think of You?  (BhagwatGita: 10/17)  

The Divine-God has affirmed in Chapter 10/7 that those who knows the element of My “Vibhuti” and “Yog” are undeviating attached with me through “Bhagti-yog” Therefore  Arjuna is asking how I shall know You always thinking about You in conscious mind?

The Divine God has stated in Chapter 8/14 that he who all the time remember me without any expectation  I am easily accessible for that “Yogi”. Again in Chapter 9/22 Divine-God is stating he who thinks me all the time unattached with worldly material I look after his well-being. This way listening glory of awaken mind Arjuna want to know the Divine-thinking with which element of Divine is realize. Where at which abject, place, human and situation etc., he should think about divine, The Lord answered where ever, at whatever places you think I am there you assume in this way.

The Divine-God is completely in every object, human, places and situation etc., Lord is explaining your mind is attracted wherever with the specialty of worldly material you think that specialty have been originated by Me. The reason is assuming the special character of world thinking will goes for world, if glory of Divine is assume the mind will consciously think about Divine-God.
