Honored to be awarded with CFA’s 2019 Leadership award by Melvin Foote President and CEO of the CFA alongside the President of Guinea, Alpha Condé in Washington DC on the 11th of September.
CFA (The Constituency for Africa) which is an advocate of unity of all the different African-focused groups in the Western hemisphere especially in America, works closely with the Congressional Black Caucus and the Presidency. It has sponsored African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) and other key policies .
This was such a humbling validation of my role as Founder and Coordinator of Awesome Treasures Foundation for the last 20 years .
