We’re currently looking for new permanent traders to join Cleckheaton Market Arcade.?Situated opposite Cleckheaton Town Hall, and having recently undergone some interior cosmetic improvements, the arcade has several permanent stalls including a well-established café, pet supply store, clothing retailers , stationery shop, deli, cobbler, and homeware shop.

Rent: ￡300pcm with service charges included.

Size: 11ft x 12ft single unit or potential for a double unit (22ft x 12 ft) for the right trader.

All units come with a lockable shutter, free trader parking space, and access to a trader prep area with sinks and a toilet.?There is not currently a water supply in the individual units, but this can be arranged for the right trader.?The Market Arcade also benefits from being serviced by a cleaner twice a day.
