If you want to start an inside sales or have tried before without success? Here is the article you need.

First of all, congrats. You considered inside sales because it is the only strategy that may increase your company's workforce from 50 to 500, 500 to 1000, and so on.

Therefore, set aside or establish a budget for inside sales before you begin, as it is a procedure that takes time to produce results. Be patient, then.

There is certain required homework that every organization should focus on before you begin the inside sales.

Define your service portfolio first because you might offer a variety of services and might excel in some areas while falling short in others. As a result, give those services a priority of 1, 2, and 3.

Create engaging presentations, use cases, and other pertinent materials if you are certain that is what you want to provide to your prospects or suspects.

Once you've finished, identify the ideal clientele, for example, who are the people you want to market to. as you can't sell to everyone. Take an illustration now. If you wish to provide sales force consulting services in the US, the ideal client profile can be developed using the information below.

1. Where is your office located? Contact nearby businesses to set up meetings with prospects and provide a human touch.

2. What industry you have previously worked in: Always focus on the sector where you have experience and can demonstrate your expertise with a few strong use cases. This will demonstrate that you are knowledgeable about both the technology and the industry.

3- The size of the businesses you have dealt with in the past. Always aim for smaller businesses where you have worked in the past, while it's not required, to demonstrate that you have experience dealing with customers and can do it confidently.

Pre-sales & solution's team should be ready to assist the inside sales team when the right prospect enters the picture. Start with a team of 4 persons, including the manager.

A manager of inside sales and three inside sales executives could make up your team of four people.

Set a goal for them of bringing 4 leads per person each month, or 16 prospects per month. But as I've already said, it's a process, therefore instead of giving the aim, make a powerful process that runs on its own and produces outcomes that are assured.

According to the aforementioned criteria, which include the name of the company and the prospect, the email address, the board number, and the location, each executive compiles 40 connections within 10 organizations..

The next step is for each executive and manager to send out a pre-written introductory mailer to all of those email addresses. Then, on the second day, call all of the suspects, keeping in mind that only one will answer and you'll be speaking to a voicemail. Leave a message saying, "I sent you an email yesterday; please reply if it interests you," and at the same time, add the same suspect on LinkedIn using the company's official LinkedIn account. Send a voice message and a first follow-up email with some concise text on the third day. After the third follow-up, leave the account alone for six months.

Repeat the procedure as necessary. The outcome would be assured..
