Over the years I have gladly shared my knowledge of UAS and IT with my LinkedIn network. I have had PM's, Phone Calls, Emails etc asking questions and wanting advice. I enjoy sharing what I know to help others benefit.
The Story
Now I am asking for asking for your help so others may benefit. My good friend Dean Meikle was a Bombardier in the 26th Regiment with the Royal Artillery. He Served 2 tours of Afghanistan, and what he experienced would test the strongest of minds. He is now getting counselling for his PTSD.
So with this in mind, we set up a challenge. Initially, it was part of my own personal development that I have going on this year. Getting fitter and healthier but also challenging myself.
So I signed up for Man vs Mountain 2018. An event hosted by RatRace. Its 35km, up a mountain (Snowdon), along the mountain ridge, an abseil down, swim across a lake, and home in time for tea... - unless it does take me the predicted 10hrs then I will probably miss out.
So I created a Team, Team Easy ( After WW2 Easy company, a band of misfits coming together to succeed). So far a team of 8 Guys / Girls running in 20 registered races so far leading up to Man vs Mountain
Our challenge
Enter as many Obstacle course type races as we can up to Sept 2018, finishing with Man vs Mountain. Raising as much awareness of PTSD as possible, whilst raising as much as possible for Help For Heroes also.

Your logo appears on all our media, VLOGS, Imagery, Social media, team-branded shirts that we wear to all events, which are currently being designed as we speak. We already have one sponsor Renew
There is the potential for a logo on the front, the value of which we are still trying to work on.
Our target is to raise ￡10,000 by September 2018
