Senior Manager / Manager, Finance
- To manage and overseas all financial operations of company subsidiaries which include but not limited to monthly closing, preparation of management accounts, financial analysis, and other ad-hoc reports.
- To prepare and deliver adequate and timely reporting for BOD, Project Management, other exceptional reporting
- To prepare and manage preparation of company’s Financial Statement to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and with relevant Financial Reporting Standards
- To prepare, monitor and manage monthly rolling Cash Flow for respective subsidiaries?
- Assist in fundraising for the projects in the respective subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with Group Tax Policies and statutory requirements as to assist in Group?Tax Planning for respective subsidiaries
- To prepare Deferred Tax as well as Income Tax computation for a property developer company
- Assist in the annual Budgeting / forecasting process and responsible for all project budgeting
- Investment appraisals and post?implementation review
- Assist in the recruitment and training of key finance talents
- Ensure compliance to risk management policies and standards established by regulators and the?Group?
- Ensure good relationship with the government bodies, professional bodies etc.
- To ensure?effective business Controllership and cost control in the respective subsidiaries
- To implement any?and all relevant policies, procedures and?work constructions as so defined in the Company's Quality Management System
- Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the?superior/management
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or MIA membership would be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting, preferably from property development industry.
- Possess good leadership skill with experience in handling a team of not less than 10 members.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to converse in Mandarin.
- Experienced working in computerized accounting environment
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, meticulous, able to work under pressure and result oriented
