3 周AND, I continue to have the goal of finding a couple of companies wanting to build a complete facilitation skills and culture change program by teaching front line supervisors the facilitation skills needed to run the Dutchman game with their people. That would focus discussions directly on a culture of collaboration along with a shared mission defined around the game desired outcome of, "mining as much gold as WE can." Teaching facilitation around the game's design of, "The role of the Expedition Leader is to help teams be successful and maximize the ROI" is a natural fit. Even the autocratic ones would HAVE to be facilitating and changing the behavior is the very best way to change an attitude. Ya think? And FAR LESS EXPENSIVE (and a hell of a lot more fun!) than so many training alternatives, with clearly defined impacts going in. ??

1 个月I think what describe is team building vs team development. Agree about a skilled facilitator is a must. 1-2 dayers fun but not very effective over time. This bias developed over 45 years of experience. Jim
