Ops Engineer (HPSM9, SNOW)
- responsible for the deployment of applications and/or infra components over different environments, and responsible for the stability of their own application and/or infra component, maintenance of systems.
- some development is possible so someone with a development background is a plus

- taking the lead for incident management/coordination/solution
- responsible for monitoring, documenting, testing, performance, life cycle management, study, technical behavior and run of the application and/or infra components
- The candidate will be the link between the squad and the release engineers, so we are looking for a very communicative person who can build a network in the bank.
- coordination of all modifications for different infra components and environments
- specification, design, testing and deployment of the runtime runbooks and the rollback runbooks
- specification, design and execution of performance and acceptance testing (including high availability and disaster recovery testing)
- assuming all application and/or infra modifications to be compliant with BNPPF security policies
- contribute to the construction of the architecture, the setup of environments, and ensure the execution of life cycle management
- take all required actions to configure and implement monitoring via tools (Alerts)
- ensure that the squad contributes to service operations processes. Responsible for the execution and follow up of ITIL processes like “incident”, “problem” and “change” process
- responsible for the creation/maintenance of documentation and knowledge base required for incident solving concerning the application and/or infra component
- indicate and escalate potential impediments
- initiate process improvements
Must, with preferable a local language.
Required experience / knowledge
At least 5?years of relevant experience
- experience in application development (Mainframe and/or Java is a plus)
- understanding of architecture (hardware, databases, middleware)
- knowledge of Release Automation, Jenkins, SVN, Nexus, Kitmanager, Loadrunner, RA-CDE, DEVTEST, Xbird, Jira, HPSM9-SNOW, Confluence, Sharepoint, …
- Experience with incident management/coordination, release management, application management, asset management
- focus should be on Applicative instead of Infrastructure !?Someone with a broad knowledge, not a standard infra engineer.
- Responsible for operational applicative quality (incidents, problems, continuity, risk, life cycle management) and supporting feature delivery (release, deployment and configuration management)
Development background, ITIL processes, CDD, Test Automation Tooling, Notions on Cloud, CI/CD
