Looking for my next challenge

Hi, my name is Mariano, I am originally from Argentina and have been living in Israel since 2002. Married to Abigail, father of five, and due COVID19, looking for a job!!

I own a solid track record of customer retention and business expansion.

For the last 15 years I have been helping Israeli high tech companies selling SaaS solutions to enterprise Fortune 500 customers worldwide.

I am passionate about creating revenue and growth via relationship building therefore I believe Customer Success plays a key role in SaaS B2B Business Development.

I always try to create long-standing relationships as a trusted advisor with customers, using a consultative selling approach, increasing retention, adoption and stickiness, reducing churn all while expanding the portfolio via up-sells and cross-sells. I built from scratch and managed global customer-facing teams, all with a "hands-on" approach.

I bring enormous experience in customer-facing in various verticals. North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. I have mother-tongue level Spanish and fluent English & Hebrew.

I am looking for a hands-on Account Management/Customer Success Leadership role where I can apply my experience from Clicktale, Leverate, Bringg and Avatrade bringing value, revenue and growth.
