Job Context
* The position will lead the SCM department. The incumbent must have experience of working in the Supply Chain Management Department of a Large Paint, Chemical, Food & Beverage or Other industry
Job Description
* Preparing procurement policy, SOP, Modules and manuals.
* Preparing procurement plan according to the production forecast.
* Develop the monthly procurement action plan
* Preparing consignment wise periodical budget.
* Sourcing all kind of mechanical and electrical spare parts.
* Sourcing Raw Materials & Packing materials for Paint and other Chemical products.
* Vendor Management.
* Preparing payment schedule to the parties as per the company policy.
* Ensure the Procurement policy is complied in procurement execution.
* Ensure in time delivery of materials after requisition received.
* Introduce supplier assessment techniques and develop an effective method of comparative analysis between cost effectiveness of the goods and services.
* Co ordination with Production Unit and sales for smooth operation of total supply chain.
* Keep update suppler wise credit status report.
* Importing materials / machinery and sourcing internationally.
Job Nature: Full Time
Education:
Masters in science/ commerce from any reputed university. MBA in Operations Management/ Advance certification on Supply Chain.
Experiences:
Minimum 10 Years.
Functional Area:
* Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain, Export/ Import through L/C, Store/ Inventory, Documentation
Preferred Business Area:
* Paint, Chemical, SMCG, FMCG.
Additional Job Requirements :
*Age Below or equal to 47 year(s)
*Only males are allowed to apply.
* The candidate must be young and energetic .
* Must have strong communication & negotiation skills.
* Ability to interpret, analysis and evaluation of data.
* Should have presentation skills.
* Must be familiar with ERP software
Salary Range : UP to 1.2 Lac
