***Looking for Full Time/Part Time Licensed Real Estate Agents***

Compensation:

$60,000 - $120,000 in 1st Year Income

Responsibilities:

What will you do?

?Practice scripts, objection handlers, and presentations.

?Lead generate for new prospects, cultivate a sales pipeline, and follow-up with "leads" I send you weekly.

?Set and go on appointments to educate clients on the home selling/buying process, show homes, and negotiate contracts.

?Help with facilitating Seminars to drive leads.

?Do some joint marketing via online and direct mail to generate leads weekly.

These are the standards a well-above average performer will maintain or exceed:

?Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients

?Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the lead agent has completed a needs analysis

Essential duties and responsibilities

?Driving buyer clients to homes

?Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes

?Finding homes that meet buyer clients' criteria

Management Responsibilities

?This role may move into a leadership position
