Looking forward

Looking forward

It’s a funny thing. We’ve got nearly 18 years of highway behind us. Over those 18 years, we’ve been able to build relationships with donors and ministries around the country.

It’s a great history and our office alone has facilitated nearly $3 billion in contributions and $2.5 billion in grants out to ministries around the globe. We did much of that work as an affiliate of the National Christian Foundation.

But we are making a transition to serve our clients better. Make no mistake- we are not starting an experiment. Instead, we’ve simply switched to a different back office—RenPSG, which supports over $17 billion in assets, with a software platform recognized as industry leading. The platform not only provides greater security, but allows us opportunity that we could not provide before.

We’ve been able to lower fees, get rid of monthly minimum charges, allow for grants to go by out by direct deposit, allow for searchable tax returns of the non-profits and provide a true biblically responsible investing platform—among other things.

We’ve rebranded as The Signatry. A Global Christian Foundation. Why? Even though we are the same organization moving forward, we wanted to signify a day of opportunity ahead. The name Signatry represents the idea of signature + legacy: your signature is your legacy. We want to be part of encouraging a great legacy for the people we work with.

But here’s the punchline: we are looking forward.

We know the charitable giving world is in the midst of the greatest transfer in the history of the world—$59 trillion dollars. Today, the existing Christian donor advised funds reach less than 5% of the market. The opportunity up ahead is profound.

Best of all, we have a compelling purpose. It’s not just about getting contributions or new accounts. It’s all about the cause—bring the peace of the gospel to a broken world.

We are looking forward. Will you join us?

Congratulations Bill! I pray this will be the beginning of many more families making kingdom investments! It would be great to follow up on our talk regarding Millennials when you have some time. Blessings to you and your team and family!

Not much. But when you are stuck on an airplane late on a Saturday night, even the WSJ, as it’s called, can teach.
